Arbor

Viewing Your Child’s Timetable in Arbor

You can use the Arbor Parent App to see your child’s daily timetable and lessons. This is a great way to help them organise their school day, prepare the right equipment, and build independence.

To view the timetable:

  1. Open the Arbor Parent App (downloadable from the App Store or Google Play).
  2. Select your child’s profile.
  3. Tap on Timetable to see the lessons for each day.

Encourage your child to check this each evening so they are ready for the next day.

The SB Way – Behaviour for Learning at Sarah Bonnell

At Sarah Bonnell School, we use Arbor not only to manage behaviour, but to actively reinforce and celebrate the Sarah Bonnell Way. Our expectations are built on clarity, consistency and positive relationships, and Arbor enables us to recognise when students are meeting these standards every day.

Staff use the system to log positive behaviour, effort and contributions in lessons and around the school, ensuring that students who are getting it right are seen, acknowledged and rewarded. This consistent recognition helps to build a culture where positive behaviour is the norm and success is shared.

The Sarah Bonnell Way is about students taking pride in themselves, showing respect to others, and engaging fully in their learning. Arbor allows us to make this visible—to students, staff and families—by capturing those moments where students demonstrate these values.

Parents and carers can see rewards in real time through the app, making it easier to celebrate achievements at home and reinforce the same high expectations. By working together in this way, we ensure that positive behaviour is not only expected, but noticed, valued and consistently encouraged across our whole school community.

Coming Soon – Homework Monitoring

We are in the process of setting up homework on Arbor. This will allow you to:

  • See what homework has been set and when it is due
  • Support your child in planning their time
  • Monitor completion and stay up to date with teacher feedback

We will update you as soon as this feature goes live.
